The bill (Reg. No. 2172) stipulates amendments to article 28 of the Budget Code of Ukraine which oblige main managers of budget funds, State Treasury Service, the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, and local self-government authorities to make budget requests, quarterly and annual reports on budget execution, passports of budget programs and amendments to them, reports on executing passports of budget programs, decisions on local budgets, information about executing state budget and local budgets (except for budgets of villages and townships) public in the form of open data under the Law "On Access to Public Information".
